On June 2nd, 2024, Dr. Amir Ali Salemi, CEO of JTA International Investment Holding, held a productive meeting with H.E. M. Mafaz Mohideen, the Ambassador of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to the State of Qatar. The discussion centered around exploring potential investment opportunities in Sri Lanka.
During the meeting, Dr. Amir Ali Salemi provided an update on his latest trip to Sri Lanka and discussed potential investment opportunities that he visited. Dr. Amir Ali Salemi also told H.E The Ambassador of Sri Lanka that JTA already has an established office in Sri Lanka and is now ready and willing to invest.
Dr. Amir Ali Salemi highlighted JTA’s keen interest in contributing to various sectors in Sri Lanka, including tourism, agriculture, real estate, manufacturing, and information technology. He emphasized how JTA’s strategic investments could play a pivotal role in bolstering Sri Lanka’s economic growth.
H.E Ambassador Mohideen provided an overview of the favorable business climate in Sri Lanka and outlined the government’s initiatives designed to attract foreign investors. Both parties agreed to pursue further discussions to identify and capitalize on specific investment opportunities within the country.
