On February 1st, 2024, Dr. Amir Ali Salemi, CEO of JTA Investment Holding along with JTA’s Management team met Minister of Investment Promotion of Sri Lanka, Mr. Dilum Amunugama. During the meeting, Mr. Amunugama extended an invitation to JTA to invest in various sectors of the Sri Lanka economy.

Mr. Amunugama stated that Sri Lanka has significant potential for growth in Agriculture, Tourism, Industry, Services and Infrastructure. He emphasized that Sri Lanka is committed to creating a business-friendly environment for foreign investors, and is eager to welcome JTA's investment in the country.

Dr. Amir Ali Salemi, expressed his interest for investments in Sri Lanka and his commitment to progress this further. The meeting between Mr. Amunugama and Dr. Salemi motivated JTA Holding to actively pursue its investment agenda in Sri Lanka.
