Lena Sene has joined JTA in 2023 as an Advisor to the CEO. She is the President and CEO of Developing Capital for Africa (DCA Africa), an investment advisory firm based in Senegal. With over 15 years of finance experience across the U.S. and Africa, she has held senior positions at JPMorgan Chase, Lehman Brothers, Deer Isle Capital, and CGF Bourse. In 2006, she was appointed to the White House Fellowship by President George W. Bush and later served as Campaign Director for Senegal’s 2012 presidential elections.

Named one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Africa in 2025, Lena holds a B.A. in Economics from Bates College, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School. She is fluent in English, French, Russian, and Wolof.

He has connections at the highest international levels, including top decision-makers from Fortune 500 companies, large firms, financial institutions, family offices, wealth managers, embassies, entrepreneurs, and philanthropists and a deep knowledge of Gulf countries

Peyman Kargar is the Chairman and Founder of multiple companies across the Middle East and Europe and is a Senior Adviser to JTA International Investment Holding since February 2025. He was formerly the Global Chairman of INFINITI, Nissan’s luxury brand in Japan.Peyman brings over 30 years of international experience in the automotive industry across more than 80 countries.His expertise spans the entire automotive value chain, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, project management, sales, marketing, and business development.Peyman has held executive leadership positions in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America.He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering

Almas Jiwani has joined JTA in 2025 as the Advisor to CEO. She is the President Emeritus of UN Women Canada and CEO of the Almas Jiwani Foundation. She has addressed global forums including the World Bank, APEC, UNEP, and the African Development Bank, and worked with several governments to implement humanitarian policies. A powerful speaker and humanitarian leader, she is connected with high-level international stakeholders across government, business, and philanthropy. Her work spans Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and beyond, focusing on entrepreneurship, education, and sustainable development. Her accolades include the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, a commemorative stamp from Greece, and President Biden’s Gold Medal.

Dr. Iman Saffar is a former Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) with execution experience across Finance, Banking, Retail, and Energy sectors and Co-founder and COO of BlancLink, a technology investment firm and start- up studio in Canada with portfolio companies in North and South America. He holds a PhD in Management from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.

Ms. Mahsa Bagheri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & Civil Project Management from Tehran University. She brings over 12 years of professional expertise in project management, commercial operations, and investment services. She has successfully led large-scale projects across diverse industries, managing them and consistently driving operational improvements.

Since joining JTA in 2016 as the CEO's Executive Assistant, Ms. Bagheri quickly progressed within the company. In 2018, she transitioned into the role of Business Development Manager, and as of 2024, she serves as Chief Business Development Officer.

He started in the family business, Sackey Metal S.A.R.L, in partnership with Aurubis AG, gaining corporate experience.

Ali Hadji holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and brings over six years of experience in negotiations, portfolio management, and investment analysis. Since joining JTA in 2019 as a Portfolio Manager, he has successfully led and supported projects across multiple industries. His analytical expertise and strategic approach have contributed to the growth and diversification of the company’s investment portfolio..

Ali Bagheri brings over 15 years of broad professional experience across Hospitality Management and English Education & Departmental Supervision. He holds a Bachelor's degree in English Translation and has successfully led academic departments while also taking on supervisory roles in the hospitality industry. His diverse background enables him to support executive leadership with a well-rounded perspective, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of cross-sector operations.

Ali Abbas began his journey with JTA in 2017 as an HR employee and was promoted to HR Manager in 2021 following a successful performance appraisal. With 10 years of experience, he brings expertise in human resources, office administration, and legal fundamentals. Ali is skilled in organizing employee records and preparing legal documents.

Bassim Aboobacker assists international business operations and development at JTA, supporting activities across all regions and expanding the company’s global presence. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration, complemented by certifications in finance, logistics, and digital marketing. Bassim began his journey at JTA in 2023 as an Assistant to the Head of Advisory Board, where he contributed to strategic initiatives and cross-border operations. With over five years of diverse experience spanning investment, logistics, event management, and marketing, Bassim has collaborated with leading logistics companies and played a role in major global events, including the FIFA World Cup 2022
