Financing IBN Highlands City

On November 2019, JTA International Holding signed an agreement to finance IBN Highlands City Mega Project, the biggest summer resort of Southeast Asia in Genting, Malaysia.
Also ASQ (Ahjam Sazeh Qatar) as a subsidiary of JTA would be the EPC contractor of the project.
This project includes 9 blocks of serviced residences with 5000 units surrounded by lush green hills in a cool temperature as forest city.
In addition, JTA and IBN signed an MOU to cooperate in other IBN projects including:
- Masjid India Commercial, Multi-Functional Complex Parking Lots & Hotel, Kuala Lumpur
- Ocean of Love project including Agraba City (Theme Park, Attractions & Entertainment City), Kuantan
